• Terrific family vacation at the Palms

December 26, 2011 - My husband and I spent a week here during the Thanksgiving holiday. We rented the 1201 and 401 units. Both units are absolutely BEAUTIFUL - very clean, updated and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner and the ocean view was spectacular during dinner. My husband enjoyed the large flat-panel TV for watching the football games. We both enjoyed the large balcony for morning coffee - think we saw dolphins nearly every day.


• Middle of the road… not great, not bad

November 28, 2011 - This hotel is pretty ok. Our room was clean. There were issues in the bathroom. The shower had no water pressure and very little hot water. The toilet kept backing up. We called the front desk on the first night, asking for a better plunger (maintanence was off as it was Thanksgiving Day). I went down to the desk and got it. At 10:47 that night, they called up to my room asking for it. We had traveled all day, we were all asleep by that point. We took it back down to them the next morning.

With those exceptions, it was a good time. My kids loved the indoor pool! It was nice and warm, even when it was cold outside. We would visit again, maybe.


• Family Vacation

Aug 29, 2011 - We rented a three bedroom condo for a week at the Palm Resort in August and we had no issues. The staff was awesome. The condo we stayed in was fine, it was older and needs some updating but other than that no problems . It certainly wasn't the Ritz, but for what we paid for the week it was well worth it. Not to mention the views were awesome.


• Would not stay anywhere else!!!!!

Aug 26, 2011 - From the moment we checked in, to the time we left (7 Days, Aug. 14-21), we could not have stayed at a better place. This was our second visit, and things were BETTER than the 1st. Any minor problems were taken care of immediately. The desk personal were kind, curteous, and always there when needed. WENDY is, in MY opinion, the BEST host of any hotel/ motel we've stayed in the pest 9-11 years. Always smiling, cheerful, and a pleasure to deal with. Those who wrote bad reviews, I just don't understand. Are you sure you were at The Palms? Great staff, great hotel, great location. Who could ask for more?? THANK YOU Wendy, and the WHOLE staff @ The Palms. This was the most STRESSLESS vacation EVER!!!


• What a great stay!!

May 31, 2011 - 1st off, we would like to thank Tellys, Kristy, and Wendy for being awesome people. The staff at The Palms made our trip even better- by being friendly, helpful, and down to earth. From providing us with a BEAUTIFUL/EXCELLENT suite, to telling us where and what were happing places to go and eat- to just having great conversations and laughs.... We truly enjoyed our trip to Myrtle Beach!!! Thank you All


• Best week of my life

Aug 4, 2010 - We loved the room we had and the staff was very helpful. Altogether, both my wife and I felt at home while we were there. We will definitely stay with The Palms again soon. We are looking forward to bringing our family back for a family vacation and we will stay at The Palms for sure. We have already shared our experience with friends and have recommended they stay at the Palms as well.


• Good place to stay for a good price, clean and fresh

Jun 28, 2010 - Our visit was awesome at this hotel. I really thank the staff , especially Tellis (sorry if spell wrong). he made sure we had an awesome unit. It was very up to date and clean. There are no major complaints with our stay. The room was spacious and the balcony right off the beach made the room a wonderful place to relax. The staff took real good care of us and we will be staying here again. I suggest you work closely with the staff before your stay to assure you get a great room. Some r
